After five years together, actress Bela Padilla and her Swiss-Italian boyfriend, Norman Bay, have officially parted ways.

In an interview promoting her upcoming film 100 Awit Para Kay Stella, Padilla confirmed the breakup but emphasized it ended amicably.

“Yeah, we officially split. Ano naman… amicably,” she said. “Actually, dinalaw pa nga niya ako last month. He was there when we started filming ‘100 Awit,’ dinalaw niya ako sa Pampanga.”

The couple, who kept their relationship mostly low-key and long-distance, remain friends despite the split.

“Yes, [we’re still friends]. And I told him many times that he could still hang out with me and alam ko din naman when I’m there,” Padilla said, without specifying when they ended their relationship.

As she returns to the spotlight with her much-anticipated film sequel, Bela Padilla shows maturity and grace, moving forward with kindness and clarity.
