Four individuals—including two drug suspects and two wanted persons—were arrested in separate police operations in Bulacan on 13 June, according to a report submitted to Bulacan Police Provincial Office Officer-in-Charge PCOL Franklin P. Estoro.
In Sta. Maria, police operatives seized seven plastic sachets of suspected shabu worth approximately P40,800, along with marked money used during the operation. The confiscated items have been turned over to the Bulacan Provincial Forensic Unit for further examination.
Charges are being prepared against the drug suspects for violating Republic Act 9165 or the Comprehensive Dangerous Drugs Act of 2002.
Meanwhile, two fugitives facing charges for estafa and rape were arrested during a manhunt operation conducted by the Bocaue Municipal Police Station and the 2nd Bulacan Provincial Mobile Force Company. The suspects were arrested by virtue of warrants of arrest.
All suspects are now in police custody for proper disposition.
PCOL Estoro reiterated the commitment of the Bulacan police to maintaining law and order across the province.
“Patuloy ang aming determinasyon na tugisin ang mga lumalabag sa batas upang matiyak ang katahimikan at kaayusan sa buong lalawigan ng Bulacan (We remain determined to go after those who violate the law to ensure peace and order throughout the province of Bulacan),” he said.
