According to SPD Director Police Brigadier General Joseph R. Arguelles, the suspect — a 33-year-old delivery rider known by the alias “Jhon” — ranked 9th on the station-level list of most wanted persons. He was apprehended around 2:30PM on 28 May during a manhunt operation conducted by personnel from the Pasay City Police Station’s Warrant and Subpoena Section along F.B. Harrison Street.
The arrest was made under the supervision of Pasay police chief Col. Joselito M. De Sesto.
