Actress Janice de Belen is one happy fangirl. In a social media post, she expressed her excitement meeting Korean star Song Joong Ki.
“OMG, tonight was a super, super amazing night!!! & I really did not expect to be on the same stage as my crush!!! May bonus pang flowers at madaming yakap!!!” De Belen wrote in all caps on Instagram.
She added that the Vicenzo actor is her “ultimate fave Korean actor” and he “holds a special place” in her heart. But it was the K-drama Descendants of the Sun that got her hooked from the beginning.
“It was what I started watching when our mom passed away. It helped me so much to recover from the sadness and the pain. After noon, mahal ko na siya (after that, I love him),” De Belen added.
“So it was monumental for me!!!! Hindi ako naiyak or hinimatay. Buti na lang (It’s a good thing I didn’t cry or fainted),” she recalled.
