GEN. TRIAS, Cavite — Lisa Sarines and Ryuji Suzuki claimed victories at the ICTSI Eagle Ridge Junior PGT Championship, held at the Norman course of Eagle Ridge Golf and Country Club.
Sarines shot a second straight 74, finishing with a two-day total of 148 to win the girls’ 11-14 division by 13 shots over her twin sister Mona.

Suzuki, overcoming double bogeys and heat, posted a steady 78 for a 152 total, winning the boys’ division by eight strokes.
“I stayed focused, didn’t give up, and I’m grateful I was able to pull through and win,” Suzuki said.
In the 7-10 age group, Zach Guico edged Zoji Edoc by one shot for the boys’ title, while Mavis Espedido dominated the girls’ division.
In the boys’ 15-18 division, Charles Serdenia won by one stroke, while Rafa Anciano maintained an eight-shot lead in the girls’ category.
