A 29-year-old male drug suspect was arrested in a buy-bust operation in Binangonan, Rizal last Wednesday evening.
The suspect, identified only as alias Negie, a resident of Barangay San Juan, Taytay, Rizal, was apprehended during an anti-illegal drug operation in Barangay Tayuman, Binangonan, also in Rizal province.
According to the Binangonan Municipal Police Station, the suspect was arrested after selling a sachet of suspected shabu to a police officer acting as a poseur buyer.
Seized from him were a brown coin purse containing eight heat-sealed transparent plastic sachets suspected to contain shabu, weighing approximately 25.0 grams with a standard drug price of P170,000; P500 in recovered money; a blue cellular phone; a black motorcycle without a license plate; and P500 used as buy-bust money.
