DAVAO CITY — Some 305 participants took part as the City of Davao along with the SM City Davao and other SM Supermalls nationwide celebrated National Autism Consciousness Week.
Part of their activity was hosting a sensory-friendly movie screening of Firefly of GMA Pictures.
‘This is part of the “Lights Up, Sounds Down” initiative, which was joined by participants mostly members of Autism Society Philippines - Davao Chapter,” said SM City Davao’s Kristianne Fusillero.
The activity also aims to create an inclusive and welcoming space where everyone can experience the joy of cinema.
