CALAMBA CITY, Laguna — Fifty police personnel are participating in a 15-day Police Explosive Reconnaissance Course opened by the Police Regional Office 4A at Camp BGen Vicente P. Lim in this city.

The course seeks to enhance the participants’ knowledge, technical skills and operational readiness, according to PRO 4A.

The opening ceremony for Class 03-019-R4A-2026-010 was held at the regional headquarters’ MPC Hall.

PRO 4A, under Regional Director Brig. Gen. Dominic L. Baccay, said the training forms part of its efforts to develop competent and mission-ready personnel serving communities across CALABARZON.

The regional police office said the activity supports the Philippine National Police chief’s focused agenda on personnel morale and welfare and its B.E.S.T. Policing Framework.
