South Korean actor Byeon Woo Seok turned the SM Mall of Asia Arena into his own “Secret Library” on Saturday night, filling it with music, laughter and heartfelt moments as he reunited with Filipino fans for his 2026 Asia Fanmeeting Tour.

MUSIC, games and fan interactions fill the arena as Byeon Woo Seok shares a memorable night with his Filipino 'Woo Che Tongs.'
The evening opened on an enthusiastic note as Woo Seok serenaded fans with “Flower Road,” setting the tone for a fan meeting that felt like an intimate conversation on stage.
One of the night’s highlights came during the “Secret Record of the Librarian” segment, where the Lovely Runner star answered fill-in-the-blank questions that gave fans a glimpse into his life while on tour.
Asked about one small change that had happened to him recently, Woo Seok paused before admitting he could not think of anything at first.
“I’m happier every day,” he eventually said, adding, “That’s what’s important.”
The actor also revealed that his social media feeds have lately been filled with… himself.
“Actually, I’m on my tour right now, and I’m checking all the feedback from my fan meetings. So my algorithm is filled with my videos and photos,” he shared, drawing laughter from the audience.
When asked what the phrase “being like Woo Seok” would mean if it were used as an adjective, his answer was simple: “Happy.”
He later explained that he hopes to be remembered as someone who brings happiness to people — someone whose memories fans can always look back on fondly whenever they need a reason to smile.

The fan meeting kept the energy high with a variety of interactive games and activities. Woo Seok revisited memorable scenes from his past dramas, with selected fans joining him onstage and receiving Instax photos as keepsakes.
The actor also tested how well he remembered his own projects in a filmography quiz before showing off his playful side in a humorous round of the Filipino street game tumbang preso.
During “The Librarian’s Recipe,” Woo Seok traded scripts for a frying pan as he prepared gyeran mari, delighting fans with his cooking skills and candid reactions.
Luck also smiled on 10 fans during the “Destiny’s Bookmark” raffle, where winners took home special merchandise personally signed by the actor.
Woo Seok later performed “Sudden Shower,” one of the songs most closely associated with his breakout role in Lovely Runner. But it was the fans who created one of the evening’s most emotional moments when they surprised him by singing the song back to him in unison.
Visibly touched, the actor paused to take in the heartfelt tribute before thanking the crowd for their unwavering love and support.
Before saying goodbye, Woo Seok stepped off the main stage to greet fans up close. He walked around the SVIP sections and the mosh pit, waving and making eye contact with as many people as he could. He also took time to acknowledge those seated on the second and third levels, making sure every corner of the arena felt included.
The night came to a close with Woo Seok performing “Fate Line,” the original soundtrack from his hit K-drama Perfect Crown, capping off an evening that celebrated not only his journey as an actor, but also the bond he has built with the Filipino fans who welcomed him back with open arms.
