The Supreme Court said the three-day 2026 online Bar examinations will conclude on Sunday, 13 September, with 12,017 aspiring lawyers expected to return to 15 testing centers nationwide to take the final examinations.

The SC said that should the Bar exams be postponed at any testing center due to weather conditions or security reasons, the examinations will be rescheduled at all testing centers.

Last 6 September, during the first day of the examinations, only 12,029 examinees out of 13,441 qualified registrants took the tests. The number dwindled to 12,017 examinees during the second day on 9 Sept.

Data from the office of Associate Justice Samuel H. Gaerlan, chairperson of the SC’s 2026 Committee on Bar Examinations, showed that 6,773 women and 5,256 men took the test on 6 Sept. The court said there were 285 senior citizens and 304 persons with disabilities.

On 13 September, the subjects to be taken are Criminal Law in the morning and Remedial Law, Legal and Judicial Ethics, with Practical Exercises in the afternoon.

The court said the results of the examinations will be released in early January 2027.

San Beda College Alabang in Muntinlupa City is the national headquarters of the examinations. The other testing centers in the National Capital Region (NCR) are Ateneo de Manila University School of Law in Makati City, Manila Adventist College in Pasay City, New Era University in Quezon City, San Beda University and the University of Santo Tomas in Manila, and the University of the Philippines Bonifacio Global City in Taguig City.

The testing centers in Luzon are Cagayan State University in Tuguegarao City, Saint Louis University in Baguio City and the University of Nueva Caceres in Naga City.

The testing centers in the Visayas are Central Philippine University in Iloilo City, Dr. V. Orestes Romualdez Educational Foundation in Tacloban City and the University of San Jose-Recoletos in Cebu City.

The testing centers in Mindanao are Ateneo de Davao University in Davao City and Mindanao State University–Iligan Institute of Technology in Iligan City.
