The Supreme Court (SC) is preparing for the second day of the 2026 online Bar examinations, scheduled for Wednesday, 9 September across 15 local testing centers nationwide.

Examinees will take Civil Law and Land Titles and Deeds during the morning session, followed by Labor Law and Social Legislation in the afternoon, according to the high court.

The SC has announced no postponements for Wednesday’s tests. Court guidelines dictate that if examinations are canceled at any single testing center due to severe weather or security concerns, tests across all 15 testing centers nationwide will be canceled and rescheduled simultaneously.

The third and final day of the examinations will take place Sunday, 13 September, featuring morning subjects followed by Remedial Law, Legal and Judicial Ethics, and Practical Exercises in the afternoon.

Associate Justice Samuel H. Gaerlan, chairperson of the 2026 Committee on Bar Examinations, previously stated that the results will be released in early January 2027.

San Beda College Alabang in Muntinlupa City serves as the national headquarters for the exams. Other National Capital Region testing centers include Ateneo de Manila University School of Law in Makati City, Manila Adventist College in Pasay City, New Era University in Quezon City, San Beda University and University of Santo Tomas in Manila, and University of the Philippines Bonifacio Global City in Taguig City.

In Luzon, testing centers are located at Cagayan State University in Tuguegarao City, Saint Louis University in Baguio City and University of Nueva Caceres in Naga City.

Visayas testing sites include Central Philippine University in Iloilo City, Dr. V. Orestes Romualdez Educational Foundation in Tacloban City, and University of San Jose-Recoletos in Cebu City.

Meantime, Mindanao testing centers are hosted at Ateneo de Davao University in Davao City and Mindanao State University–Iligan Institute of Technology in Iligan City.

A total of 12,029 out of 13,441 qualified law graduates took the first day of the examinations on 6 September. Data from the Bar Chairperson’s Office shows the examinee pool includes 6,773 women, 5,256 men, 285 senior citizens and 304 persons with disabilities.
