A new chapter in male pageantry unfolded as Mr Philippines 2026 crowned its latest roster of titleholders during the grand coronation night held on August 31 at The Crossroads along Mother Ignacia Avenue in Quezon City.
Taking one of the competition’s biggest honors was Pasig City representative Angelo Dripin, who emerged as Mr Philippines Grand International 2026. His victory places him among the organization’s representatives expected to carry the Philippine banner onto a bigger stage.
This year’s competition brought together candidates from different cities and provinces, as well as a representative from the Filipino community overseas. Beyond physical presence and runway skills, the event recognized contestants across various categories connected to modeling, culture, education and tourism.
Joining Dripin among the major titleholders is Raed El Zein, representing the Filipino community in the UAE, who was named Mr Philippines Man of the Year 2026. Laguna’s Carl Santiago secured the Global Runway crown, while Chris Alcantara of Orion, Bataan earned the World Supermodel title.
The competition also opened opportunities for younger and emerging personalities, with San Juan City’s Nate Reyes receiving the Grand Teen title and Caloocan representative Patrick Sy winning Model Search.
Three contestants were likewise chosen to carry specialized ambassadorial roles in culture and the arts, education and tourism, extending their responsibilities beyond the pageant stage.
