  • ACEN Corp. and Yanara have secured a P2.3-billion loan from Rizal Commercial Banking Corp. to develop a 75-megawatt solar farm in Sual, Pangasinan.

The project is expected to generate about 112 gigawatt-hours of renewable electricity annually, enough to power around 69,000 homes. The solar farm is part of the government’s Green Energy Auction Program Round 4 and is being developed through ACEN and Yanara’s joint venture, Renovable Earth Corp.
