  • A targeted intelligence operation by the National Capital Region Police Office (NCRPO) resulted in the arrest of Metro Manila’s number three most wanted person, a 54-year-old man wanted in connection with serious offenses involving minors in Pasig City on Thursday, 27 August.

At around 7:20 p.m., lead personnel of the Regional Mobile Force Battalion (F2-RMFB) served a warrant of arrest along Esguerra Street, Villa Monique, Barangay Pinagbuhatan, Pasig City, bringing the long-sought fugitive into police custody.

The accused, a resident of Barangay Pinagbuhatan, was arrested by virtue of a warrant issued on 24 July 2026 by the Pasig City Family Court Branch 12.

He is facing a charge of Acts of Lasciviousness under Article 336 of the Revised Penal Code, as amended by Republic Act Nos. 7610 and 8369, with recommended bail of P200,000, as well as three counts of Statutory Rape under Article 266-A, paragraph 1(d) of the Revised Penal Code, as amended by Republic Act Nos. 11648 and 8369, for which no bail is recommended.

Following the operation, the arrested individual was brought to the RMFB-NCRPO Intelligence Section at Camp Bagong Diwa, Lower Bicutan, Taguig City, for proper documentation and disposition.
