SINGAPORE — Lexus has teamed up with Marriott Bonvoy to launch "Refine Dining," an unprecedented culinary partnership designed to explore the boundaries of fine gastronomy. The collaborative series kicks off in Singapore on 5 June 2026 before expanding into a regional tour spanning Indonesia, Thailand, Malaysia, the Philippines, Vietnam, Cambodia, and Brunei over the next two years.

The experiential series opens at Akira Back, located within the JW Marriott Hotel Singapore South Beach. Following an exclusive launch dinner for invited Lexus guests, the experience opens its doors to Marriott Bonvoy members and the public through three specially curated seatings.

The initiative blends Lexus’s signature philosophy of thoughtful hospitality with the meticulous artistry of Marriott Bonvoy’s top culinary teams and prominent local industrial designers.

Every detail of the dining experience, from locally sourced ingredients to the custom materials and finishes of the handcrafted utensils, is designed to create a seamless, harmonious journey.

Each regional stop will showcase a signature highlight dish served alongside a bespoke dining vessel tailored to elevate the multi-sensory experience.

Food and design enthusiasts can follow the behind-the-scenes creation of each menu and custom utensil through a dedicated series of short films and editorial features documenting the master craftsmen behind the initiative.
