The country’s foremost green developer, Arthaland, has officially opened its new gallery in Makati, providing homebuyers and investors with a dedicated space to explore its latest developments through immersive and thoughtfully-curated experiences.
The gallery’s featured development is Sondris, a premium sustainable residential project in partnership with Mitsui Fudosan (Asia) — a 37-storey tower with 252 residences designed to pursue globally-recognized green certifications and Net Zero operations.
“The Arthaland Gallery was created to give clients a more meaningful and engaging way to experience our developments. We wanted a space where people can explore not just the homes themselves, but also the lifestyle, design philosophy and attention to detail that define every project,” said Pam Go, marketing group head.
Designed to enhance the customer experience, the new gallery introduces visitors to Sondris through a series of immersive spaces that highlight the development’s design approach, craftsmanship and residential concept. The experience allows guests to gain a deeper understanding of the project’s vision and the lifestyle it aims to offer future residents.
The gallery features two fully designed model units showcasing the 46-square-meter one bedroom and the 116-square-meter two-bedroom residences. Through these spaces, prospective homeowners can experience the project’s efficient layouts, premium-grade finishes and attention to detail, providing a closer look at the comfort, quality and timeless design envisioned for Sondris.
Each model unit features one of Sondris’ available finish schemes, allowing homebuyers to preview the design options that will be included with their selected unit upon turnover.
