Filipino pop-rock favorites The Itchyworms are taking their Akin Ka Na Lang tour to Hong Kong for the first time, with two shows scheduled on 26 July, at The Wanch in Wan Chai. Fans can catch the band at either the 4 p.m. matinee or the 8 p.m. evening performance, giving members of the Filipino community in the city more opportunities to experience a live set packed with OPM favorites, including "Beer," "Love Team" and "Di Na Muli."

Frontman Jugs Jugueta said performing in Hong Kong is particularly meaningful, noting the city's deep connection to many Filipinos living and working abroad. He shared his excitement about returning after several years, adding that it is always rewarding to see how the band's music continues to resonate with Filipinos across generations, no matter where they are in the world.

Although it will be the band's first time headlining a concert in Hong Kong, The Itchyworms are approaching the show with the same energy and spontaneity that have become their trademark. Band member Jazz Nicolas said they are ready for whatever the audience brings, while Jugueta revealed that the concert will also feature collaborations with Hong Kong-based Filipino musicians Jesper Mercado and Rendel Frendol, making the event an even more memorable celebration of OPM.
