Police served a judicial warrant of arrest on Monday afternoon, 29 June 2026, to a 26-year-old taxi driver currently held at a detention facility in Pasay City for a previous offense.
The accused, identified only by the alias Markhil, faces formal legal processing following the service of a court-issued warrant for reckless imprudence resulting in homicide.
The service of the warrant transpired around 3:50 p.m. inside the Kalayaan outpost detention facility of Sub-Station 9, located in Barangay 201, Pasay City, where the suspect was already under police custody for a separate matter.
