Converge celebrates Pride Month with LoveLab4n participation

Converge ICT Solutions Inc. marked Pride Month through a series of workplace initiatives and its participation in the LoveLab4n Pride Festival 2026, reinforcing the company's commitment to diversity, equity, inclusion, and belonging (DEIB).
For the third consecutive year, Converge joined the LoveLab4n Pride Festival, organized by the Quezon City government and PridePH, on 27 June at the University of the Philippines Diliman.
Company employees carried the Converge flag during the five-kilometer Pride March, which organizers said drew about 300,000 participants, making it one of Southeast Asia's largest Pride gatherings.
Converge also provided fiber connectivity for the festival's expo area and operated a Pride-themed booth where festival-goers received branded merchandise while learning about the company's products and services.
The company's Pride Month activities also included a webinar on sexual orientation, gender identity, and expression (SOGIE) for employees in Pasig and Pampanga to promote gender awareness and workplace inclusion.
Pride-themed bazaars were also held at its offices, featuring food, wellness, and lifestyle concessionaires, while employees received rainbow-themed company merchandise as symbols of allyship.
A highlight of the celebration was the unveiling of the company's Rainbow Lane at the entrances of its office facilities, symbolizing Converge's commitment to creating an inclusive workplace.
"True belonging means creating a workplace where individuality is embraced, valued, and empowered," said Converge Senior Vice President and Head of People and Culture Mylene Sardinia.
"The energy and engagement we saw this month prove that when we champion diversity, we strengthen the fabric of our entire company."
As part of its Pride campaign, Converge also released a special episode of its The XLounge Podcast titled "Pride is in Your Fiber," featuring RuPaul's Drag Race Philippines queens Arizona Brandy, Myx Chanel, and Hana Beshie, who shared their personal journeys and experiences.
The company also hosted a "Drag Xperience" for invited subscribers following the live recording.
Converge Assistant Vice President and Head of Corporate Communications and Employer Branding Princess Gresola said the company's DEIB initiatives aim to foster a workplace where employees feel valued and empowered.
Meanwhile, Converge's Global Business Group based in Bonifacio Global City also held a hybrid Father's Day and Pride Fair featuring merchants catering to both fathers and members of the LGBTQIA+ community.
Vice President and Head of Corporate Communications and Public Relations Jay-Anne Encarnado said the company remains committed to building diverse teams as it continues expanding its digital infrastructure nationwide.
