Pangilinan-led Manila Electric Company (Meralco) marked its third consecutive year of celebrating Pride Month with vibrant activities that reaffirm its commitment to diversity, equity and inclusion. Anchored on its #Mbrace Diversity & Inclusion program, Meralco continues to champion women empowerment, as well as LGBTQIA+ and PWD inclusion.
This year’s celebration featured rainbow crosswalks across Meralco’s headquarters in Pasig and sector offices across its service area, employee spotlights, and group posters showcasing solidarity, and the “Safe to Be Me” webinar that highlighted awareness, allyship, and shared responsibility in creating safe spaces.
