The Davao City Treasurer’s Office reported that the city collected approximately P15 billion in total revenue in 2025, representing a 12.93 percent increase over the 2024 collection.
Officials attributed the growth to consistent payments from major taxpayers, a rising number of professionals, and increased local business activity.

City officials commended private sector partners during the ceremony, citing that tax revenues are vital for funding major developmental and social programs.
The Pasidungog awards specifically honor corporations, organizations, and individuals that have contributed significantly to the city’s economic progress and governance initiatives.
