Hollywood actress Nicole Kidman and singer Keith Urban are starting their new life following their divorce.

Kidman sold her three-bedroom Sydney apartment while Urban has reportedly moved in with new girlfriend as they finalized their 19-year marriage.

Their previous apartment, on the 15th floor of the Latitude complex on Lavender Street, with a stunning view of Sydney Harbour Bridge and Opera House, was sold for $8.5 million to winemaker David Madson.

According to the documents obtained by Daily Mail, the settlement allows both parties to keep the real estate currently in their possession. Their property portfolio includes a Manhattan duplex, a Beverly Hills home, a Nashville mansion, a large estate in Australia’s Southern Highlands, and six Sydney harbor-view apartments.

Meanwhile, Urban was reportedly living with his new girlfriend, according to the source of Daily Mail on Sunday, “I hear he has someone, which is why the girls are publicly supporting mum."
