In Region V (Bicol), face-to-face classes at all levels in public and private schools are suspended in Sorsogon and Albay, while Pio Duran shifts to alternative learning modalities.

In Region VIII (Eastern Visayas), all levels in public and private schools in Pagsanghan are also suspended.
