Philippine Airlines (PAL) ranked as the most punctual airline among Asia-Pacific carriers for November 2025, according to data from aviation analytics company Cirium.
Cirium reported that PAL recorded an on-time performance (OTP) rate of 84.67 percent for the month, marking the flag carrier’s fourth consecutive month topping the regional punctuality rankings.
Data from Cirium showed that PAL also led Asia-Pacific carriers in punctuality from August to October this year, posting OTP ratings of 89.37 percent in August, 90.47 percent in September, and 86.37 percent in October.
An “on-time flight,” as defined by Cirium, is one that arrives at the gate within 15 minutes of its scheduled arrival time. The metric is widely used to assess airline reliability and adherence to airport slot allocations.
PAL also topped Cirium’s punctuality rankings in April 2025 and placed second in January and third in March this year.
In addition, the airline earned a four-star rating from the Airline Passenger Experience Association, which evaluates carriers based on verified passenger feedback.
