The Bureau of Immigration (BI) on Sunday confirmed the deportation of 33-year-old Russian vlogger Vitaly Zdorovetskiy to Russia.
According to BI, Zdorovetskiy left the country on 17 January 2026 after being ordered deported by the agency’s Board of Commissioners on 17 December 2025 for being an undesirable alien.
The Russian vlogger was arrested in April last year following viral social media videos showing him harassing Filipinos in Bonifacio Global City.
Some of his acts included verbally abusing a security guard, cursing at a Filipina wearing a face mask, stealing an electric fan, and taking a tricycle before crashing it into a parked jeepney.
He admitted to the acts of harassment during inquest proceedings and was detained at the BI wardens’ facility inside Camp Bagong Diwa. Zdorovetskiy’s appeal for bail was denied.
His deportation order stated he “harrassed and humiliated several Filipinos” and “committed acts that are contrary to morals, good customs, or public policy.”
Zdorovetskiy boarded an IrAero flight bound for Irkutsk, Russia. His name has since been included in the BI’s blacklist.
