PDEA3 dismantles drug den in Mabalacat City

The Philippine Drug Enforcement Agency Region 3 (PDEA-3) dismantled a makeshift drug den following a buy-bust operation conducted at the Madapdap Resettlement in Barangay Dapdap, Mabalacat City, Pampanga, on 26 October 2025.

According to PDEA-3, the operation led to the arrest of six suspects and the seizure of approximately P54,000 worth of suspected shabu.

Authorities identified the arrested individuals as:
Alias JIMMY (drug den operator), male, 62 years old;
Alias JB, male, 39;
Alias PAU, male, 25;
Alias TOM, male, 39;
Alias KRIS, male, 25; and
Alias JOC, male, 25.

The team recovered more or less eight grams of suspected shabu worth P54,400, assorted drug paraphernalia, and the buy-bust money used by the poseur buyer.

The confiscated items have been submitted to the PDEA-3 laboratory for forensic examination.

The operation was carried out through the collaborative efforts of the PDEA Provincial Offices in Tarlac and Pampanga, in coordination with the local police.

Alias Jimmy will face non-bailable charges under Section 5 (sale of dangerous drugs) and Section 6 (maintenance of a drug den) of Republic Act 9165, while the other suspects will face related charges under the same law.
