A drug suspect was arrested during a buy-bust operation held at Brgy. Santol, Balagtas, Bulacan, on 24 October 2025.
According to the Bulacan Police Provincial Office (PPO), the operation led to the arrest of the suspect and the confiscation of suspected shabu and an unlicensed firearm.
The suspect is identified as alias Christian, 32, a resident of Blk. 28, Lot 48, Northville 6, Brgy. Santol, Balagtas, Bulacan.
The Balagtas MPS said their Station Drug Enforcement Unit (SDEU) conducted the operation, in which an undercover agent bought a sachet of suspected shabu from the suspect. Recovered from him were two additional sachets of suspected shabu weighing a total of one gram, a Smith & Wesson .38-caliber revolver without a serial number, and three live rounds of ammunition.
The suspect and the confiscated items were brought to the Bulacan Provincial Forensic Unit (BPFU) for proper disposition. Charges for violation of Section 5 and 11, Article II of Republic Act 9165 (Comprehensive Dangerous Drugs Act of 2002) and violation of Republic Act 10591 (Comprehensive Firearms and Ammunition Regulation Act) are being readied against the suspect at the City Prosecutor’s Office in Malolos, Bulacan.
