A male overseas Filipino worker apprehended by the Philippine National Police - Aviation Security Group for a decade-old theft case.

A male passenger for a decade-old case was apprehended at the Ninoy Aquino International Airport Terminal 3 by authorities on the midnight of 13 July.
According to the Philippine National Police - Aviation Security Group (PNP-AVSEGROUP), the male passenger was arrested upon his arrival from Istanbul, Turkey.
He was the subject of an alias warrant of arrest issued in 2014 at Marikina City for theft, placing him on the wanted list for nearly 10 years. The warrant set his recommended bail at P12,000.
PNP-AVSEGROUP confirmed that the suspect is an overseas Filipino worker. His arrest was carried out with the Pasay City Police Station.
He remains in the custody of Pasay City Police Station pending legal proceedings.
