BAGUIO CITY — The Philippine Military Academy (PMA) on Wednesday presented the top 10 graduating cadets of Sundalong Isinilang na Kasangga at Lakas ng Ating Bayan para sa Kalayaan or Siklab-Laya Class of 2025.

Ranking first is Cadet 1CL Jessie Jr. Ticar, Summa Cum Laude from Quezon City. He is a son of a vendor. Before he joined the PMA roster, he was a president’s lister in college and also receiving honors during his high school days. He will be receiving the Presidential Saber, Joint United States Military Assistance Group or the Jusmag Saber, Tactics Group Award, Natural Sciences Plaque, Army Professional Courses Plaque, Army Saber, Australian Defense Best Overall Performance Award, General Antonio Luna Award and the Humanities Plaque. 

Top 2 is Cadet 1CL Murthan Zabala from Cebu City who will receive the Vice Presidential Saber, Academic Group Award, Management Plaque, National Security Studies Plaque, Spanish Armed Forces Saber, Information Technology Plaque and Social Sciences Plaque. Ranked third is Cadet 1CL Joana Marie Viray from Pasay City. She is a Cum Laude, and will be given the Australian Defense Best Overall Performance, Philippine Navy Saber, and the Secretary of National Defense Saber. Number 4 is Cadet 1CL Carlo Badiola from Camarines Sur.

At fifth is Cadet 1CL Jetron Giorgio Nazareno, Cum Laude from Oriental Mindoro. He will receive the Navy Professional Courses Plaque.

Sixth is Cadet 1CL Kobe Jo Ann Pajaron, Cum Laude, from Negros Oriental. He will receive the Philippine Air Force Saber, Australian Defense Best Overall Performance Award and Department of Leadership Award. 7th is Cadet 1CL Malvin Brian Dapar, Magna Cum Laude from Bohol, he will receive the AGFO and INC Award.

Ranked 8th is Cadet 1CL Elzur Salon from Nueva Vizcaya. He will be awarded the Air Force Professional Courses Plaque. At 9th is Cadet 1CL Aprilyn Magsigay from Agusan del Sur.

And at rank 10th is Cadet 1CL Kristine Kate Senados from Zamboanga Sibugay who will be awarded the Aguinaldo Saber.

On 17 May, 266 cadets, composed of 212 males and 54 females will graduate with President Ferdinand R. Marcos Jr. as the guest of honor and speaker.
