Murder and mayhem abound on 'Wednesday' season two

Jenna Ortega is back as Wednesday Addams.

The second season of Wednesday sees Ortega reprising her role as the morbid and emotionally reserved child at Nevermore Academy. The school has a new principal (Steve Buscemi) and Wednesday's little brother, Pugsley (Isaac Ordonez), is joining the school term.

"To have gotten the opportunity to play her once was incredible, and then to be able to slip into the costume and tone again, it's so much fun," Ortega said.

Wednesday part one will launch on 6 August and the second part on 3 September. Tim Burton serves as director and executive producer with Alfred Gough and Miles Millar as creator/showrunners.
