Student cadets from Mariano Marcos State University (MMSU) demonstrated tactical discipline and field combat skills Sunday during the Annual Regional Administrative and Tactical Inspection. The ROTC cadets impressed evaluators with combat simulations, emergency response drills, and formation executions, showcasing their training under the Army Reserve Command. The inspection also highlighted leadership excellence and readiness for national defense among Ilocano youth.
