Cyberzone Game Fest turns 10 with tech and P600K prizes

The Cyberzone Game Fest returns for its milestone 10th edition, promising an expanded celebration of gaming, technology, and community from 12 April to 25 May in select SM malls across the Philippines.

Organized by SM Supermalls through the SM Active Hub, the 2025 Cyberzone Game Fest is set to bring together e-sports athletes, tech enthusiasts, and casual gamers for six weekends of competitions, showcases, and exclusive deals.

“Ten years ago, Cyberzone Game Fest started as a small gathering. Today, it’s a nationwide celebration of passion, play, and progress,” said SM Supermalls operations and marketing head for Sponsorship and Cyberzone Patrick Pacla.

“We’re thrilled to continue building this platform for the next generation of e-sports athletes, creators, and tech enthusiasts.”

Tournaments and tech highlights

Participants can battle it out in tournaments for top titles including Tekken 8, Tetris, Mobile Legends, Minecraft, and Valorant, with various formats such as 1v1 and team-based play. A total prize pool of P600,000 will be awarded across six event legs.

The Game Fest will also feature interactive tech exhibits from top brands like PLDT, PC Express, Datablitz, Acer Predator, MSI, GameOne, SVGA, PlayPark, and Power Mac Center. Attendees can explore new gaming laptops, peripherals, custom PCs, and other innovations on display.

Beyond competitive play, the event will offer retro arcade stations, family-friendly demos, hands-on tech trials, and mall-wide promotions.
