2 teens nabbed with marijuana kush, oil
Daily TribuneBAGUIO CITY — Operatives of the Philippine Drug Enforcement Agency (PDEA) Nueva Vizcaya Provincial Office along with the Nueva Vizcaya Police arrested two teenagers during an anti-illegal drugs operation in the evening of 8 April at Vista Alegre, Bayombong, Nueva Vizcaya.
The suspects were identified as Alias Shaun,18 years old; and Alias Ivan, 19 years old. Both are students residing in Barangay Salvacion, Bayombong, Nueva Vizcaya.
The law enforcers conducted the entrapment operation via drug buy-bust against the two teens at about 10 p.m. of the said date.
Seized from the suspects were more or less 13 grams of suspected marijuana kush with an administrative estimated street value of P15,600; more or less 150 grams dried marijuana leaves and stalks, with an estimated street value of P18,000; a vape cartridge containing suspected marijuana oil containing more or less 1 mL and other drug paraphernalia. Also captured from them were two mobile phones and recovered buy-bust money.
Cases for violation of Article II of Republic Act 9165, otherwise known as the Comprehensive Dangerous Drugs Act of 2002 will be filed against the suspects.By Aldwin Quitasol
