Broadway icon Lea Salonga is set to appear in the fourth season of Fox’s crime drama The Cleaning Lady. She will play Rose, a wealthy woman with past ties to Fiona (Martha Millan). While known for her generosity, Rose’s patronizing remarks create tension when she hires Fiona for cleaning services.

Salonga’s recent screen projects include Centaurworld (2021), Pretty Little Liars: Original Sin (2022), and Pretty Little Liars: Summer School (2024). She also starred in the Manila stage production of Request sa Radyo in 2024 alongside Dolly de Leon.

Aside from her acting career, Salonga was honored with a Madame Tussauds wax figure last year. Reflecting on the milestone, she shared that visiting Tussauds in London as a child planted the dream of one day having her own likeness displayed.

The Cleaning Lady follows the story of a cleaning lady who, after witnessing the murder of an FBI informant, is forced to work for a criminal organization to survive. Salonga’s guest episode, titled Le Médecin, is set to air as Episode 402.
