The Miss World Quezon City pageant has officially begun, highlighting the multi-faceted talents of Filipina women and their dedication to advocacy, leadership, and social awareness.
During the official presentation, the organization introduced 10 stunning candidates, each representing their barangays and championing their own advocacies with the goal of making an impact on the national stage.
Miss World Quezon City is not just a beauty competition—it is a platform for charity work, leadership, and empowerment. The pageant seeks to uplift women who can use their voices for positive change.
According to the organizers, the ideal titleholder must be more than just beautiful.
"We are looking for someone who is unique, has good character, intelligence, and embodies the true culture of Quezon City,” Franchise director Jen Jarina told in an interview.
From an original 18 candidates, only 10 remain—and the organizers believe these women have the potential to shine on the national and international stage.
“Among the candidates, you can already see who is ready to compete beyond Quezon City,” Jarina added.
"The coronation night for Miss World Philippines Quezon City will take place at Novotel Manila, Araneta Center, Cubao on 5 April. The winner will advance to the Miss World Philippines national pageant under the franchise led by National Director Arnold Vegafria."
This marks another step for Quezon City’s top beauty ambassadors, as they strive to represent the country on the global Miss World stage.
