Filipina beauty queen Krishnah Gravidez is radiating confidence as she prepares to represent the Philippines at the highly anticipated Miss World 2025 pageant.
Gravidez recently shared her official pageant headshots on Instagram, proudly embracing her morena skin while donning a dazzling red gown by Filipino designer Ruffy Itaas. With voluminous curls and a striking presence, she perfectly captures the essence of a modern Filipina queen.
More than just a beauty queen, Gravidez is also an advocate and role model, now drawing support from none other than Megan Young—the Philippines’ first and only Miss World winner. Young offered heartfelt encouragement and wisdom to her fellow queen, further boosting Gravidez’s preparation and morale.
Before claiming the Miss World Philippines crown, Gravidez was initially appointed Miss Charm Philippines 2024 under The Miss Philippines organization. However, she gracefully relinquished the title to pursue her Miss World dream—and won.
The Philippines continues to be a pageant powerhouse, with historic wins and strong placements on the global stage. Megan Young claimed the country’s first Miss World crown in 2013, and Catriona Gray, later crowned Miss Universe 2018, was a standout finalist in Miss World 2016.
The 72nd Miss World pageant will take place in Telangana, India, from May 7 to 31, 2025. As reigning queen Krystyna Pyszková of the Czech Republic prepares to crown her successor, Gravidez is poised to make history once more.
She now carries the hopes of a nation, aiming to bring home the Philippines’ second Miss World crown.
