PH1 World Developers Inc. (PH1WD), the real estate arm of Megawide Construction Corp., is set to launch three residential projects in Metro Manila and Cavite to bring “first-world living” to more Filipinos.
The planned developments include One Lancaster Park in Cavite, Southscapes Trece Martires, and Lykke Kondo in Pasig City.
“At PH1 World Developers, we transform spaces into something extraordinary through innovation and technology that ensures the highest quality and value for money,” PH1WD President Gigi G. Alcantara said at a recent press event.
One Lancaster Park, PH1WD’s flagship condominium development, spans 10 hectares and offers a free upsize feature, adding up to 17 square meters of space at no extra cost.
Prices start at P134,000 per square meter, with competitive rates for 2-bedroom units. Located near Cavitex and the Manila International Airport, it is positioned as an accessible and convenient option for residents.
Southscapes Trece Martires, a horizontal development on a 5-hectare lot, features 343 units priced between P3 million and P10 million. The project incorporates sustainable technologies such as solar panels, advanced window systems, and insulated walls to enhance comfort and reduce energy costs.
Lykke Kondo, located at Ligaya Intersection in Pasig City, offers 1,736 units across three residential towers. It introduces AddLoft technology, which provides up to 40 percent additional space at no extra cost.
Under the company's All-Out Fit-Out for Free program, units come fully fitted with smart technology and premium finishes. The development is projected to generate P11 billion in revenue for its first phase.
