

ORION, Bataan — Around P1,142,400 worth of illegal drugs, along with a handgun, were seized during a buy-bust operation held in Barangay Bilolo of this town Saturday.
According to the Bataan PNP, the arrested suspect who owned the said illegal drugs and firearm is a high-value individual.
About 168 grams of shabu and a caliber 22 magnum revolver with seven live ammunitions were seized from the suspect.
Criminal complaints on Sections 5 and 11, Article 2 of the Republic Act 9165 and Republic Act 10591 / Violation of Omnibus Election Code will be charged against the suspect.
Meanwhile, Orion police operatives arrested before dawn Saturday a high-value target (HVI) for possessing more than P1 million worth of shabu and a gun with live bullets in barangay Bilolo, this town.
Major Madtaib Jalman, newly-designated chief of police, reported to Col. Palmer Z. Tria, police director, said that they arrested Benedicto Jr Lapidario y Corpuz, of Villa Angeles (HVI) for Violation of Section 5 and 11 article II of RA 9165 after confiscating from him 168grams of shabu with Standard Drug Price of P1,142,400 and Violation of Omnibus Election Code and the Confiscation of one unit of 22 Caliber revolver magnum with seven live ammunition.
Major Jalman said in his report that personnel of Orion MPS, led by P/Lt. Isagani A. Borja under supervision conducted an Anti-Illegal Drug Operation (buy-bust) that resulted in the arrest of the suspect after selling one piece small heat-sealed transparent plastic sachet containing shabu to the PNP poseur buyer in exchange of one piece P1,000 marked money.
Jalman said “Upon protective search another one piece knot tied transparent plastic bag, one medium heat-sealed transparent plastic sachet containing shabu, P1000 bill marked money and one unit of 22 Caliber revolver magnum with serial no. 5.30305 loaded with 7 live ammunitions were confiscated in the possession and control of the suspect.”
