
CAGAYAN DE ORO CITY — The City Disaster Risk Reduction Management Department (CDRRMD) on Wednesday activated eight first aid stations along the routes of the “Traslacion 2025,” the annual feast of the Black Nazarene in the city.
Nick Jabagat, CDRRMD manager, said in an advisory that the first aid stations were in compliance with an executive order issued by Mayor Rolando “Klarex” Uy for the department to attend to the medical needs of the devotees in case of emergencies during the traslacion.
The first aid stations are located there because of the Kiosk, VIP hotel, City Central, Caltex, Landbank, Bangko Sentral, Centrio Corrales and Centrio Vicente Roa.
“The first station will immediately to respond to the devotee in need of speed in any kind of emergency during the procession,” he said.
