Adventure documentary series Exploring the Unknown with Wang Yibo premieres on Saturday, 28 December on Max. Produced by Warner Bros. Discovery, the six-episode series follows renowned Chinese actor and singer Wang Yibo as he explores some of China’s most extreme outdoor destinations.

In six exciting expeditions, Wang Yibo works with leading outdoor experts to test his physical limits, taking on challenging outdoor activities ranging from rock climbing to high-altitude wild snowboarding. Through the various adventures depicted in the series, Exploring the Unknown with Wang Yibo showcases the beauty and wonder of nature, while delving into Wang Yibo’s reflections on topics such as growth, fear and solitude.

The series has gained significant popularity on Tencent Video during its premiere in China, ranking first on Tencent Videos documentary list and will debut Saturday, 28 December on Max in Southeast Asia and Hong Kong, as well as on the Discovery Channel at 6.15 p.m.
