Taguig City, Philippines – delaware Philippines marked its 10th anniversary on 28 November 2024, at SEDA BGC.

In her opening speech, Rosette Carrao, Partner and Managing Director at delaware Philippines, shared the company’s impressive growth over the past decade. Since its inception in 2014 with only 20 consultants, delaware Philippines has expanded significantly, now employing 200 consultants as of 2024.

The event highlighted delaware Philippines’ standing as the country’s longest-serving SAP partner and authorized reseller. This role has earned the company several accolades, including the 2023 Best GROW Partner award and its recent recognition as a Great Place to Work for 2024–2025.

delaware Philippines invests in its people. Their SAP Analyst Development Program has already produced 18 graduates.

The company also celebrated its achievements in the tech industry, including accolades such as:

In her closing remarks, Simone Pigason, Senior Vice President for Customer Success at delaware Philippines, reflected on the company’s achievements over the past decade and the exciting opportunities ahead for its employees and customers. She candidly shared that, with so much accomplished and even more on the horizon, the first ten years felt like “nakakabitin”—a Filipino term that conveys a sense of being left wanting more. She expressed excitement about delaware’s future, emphasizing that the journey so far has only been the beginning of even greater things to come.
