In an interview on Karen Davila's YouTube channel, Miles doesn't hesitate to say Elijah is still her true love,

"First jowa, first everything…" she tells Karen. Miles also talked about the challenges of being diagnosed with thyroid cancer while being celebrated for her portrayal of the young Marites (Cherry Pie Picache) and holding off many offers as she got treated.

"I'm happy na naiwan lahat ng issues namin na yun sa 2023," Miles says of her and Elijah. "We started this year na nag usap kami. Hindi din naman biro yung mga pinag-daanan namin. May mga bagay na kami lang nakakaalam…"

Miles doesn't want to date other people yet, and prefers to focus on her career. Karen asks intriguingly, "Napatawad mo na ba?" Miles thinks forgiveness is the most important thing. "Lahat naman ng tao nagkakamali, dapat lang maging accountable ang mga tao sa mga nagawa nila."

Miles and Eljah were together for more than two years. "May pinagsamahan kami, matagal din kami…Pag ganung marami kayong pinag-daanan together, marami kayong happy memories together, I still have so much love and respect for that person."

When Karen asked if Miles thinks she and Elijah can get back together. "Tingnan natin ang universe,"she laughs.
