"'Bean' waiting for you all my life," Angelica Panganiban said on her Instagram post on 23 September when she first revealed in public the eyes of her daughter, Amila Sabine Homan, or Bean for short.

On 20 October, netizens and celebrities Marian Rivera, Maymay Entrata, Maris Racal, Maja Salvador and Maxene Magalona saw more of Bean as her 32-year-old mother posted more photos.

A few days earlier, Panganiban and fiancé Gregg Homan on their vlog raised the alarm that fake accounts have been using their names and asking for money online and to take down their official Facebook page.

The couple said despite the demands of looking after Bean almost round the clock, they still make time for each other.

"Nakikita niyo naman na mahal na mahal ko itong taong ito. Hirap na hirap siyang bitbitin yung request kong siomai (As you can see, I love this person so much. He has a hard time carrying my request which is siomai)," Panganiban jested.

Turning serious, she admitted breastfeeding is more difficult than going into labor: "Kasi yung labor alam mong may katapusan, 24 hours maximum siguro, tapos ka na. 'Yung breastfeeding — ilang taon 'to? Ilang taon yung discipline, yung commitment, yung pain na titiisin mo para lang mapakain yung anak mo. Napakasaludo ako sa lahat ng mga padede moms dahil nakakabilib yung ginagagawa niyo (Because you know labor has its ending, maybe after a maximun of 24 hours, you're done. The breastfeeding — how many years will it take? How many years of discipline, commitment, pain that you'll have to endure just to feed your child. Salute to all breastfeeding moms because what you're doing is amazing)."
