LUCENA CITY — The National Dairy Authority (NDA) opened the fourth South Luzon Dairy Fair at the Quezon Convention Center on Tuesday, 3 November, bringing together dairy farmers, cooperatives and other industry stakeholders to strengthen cooperation and improve dairy production.

The two-day event seeks to support local producers through knowledge sharing and closer industry partnerships, according to the Quezon provincial government.

NDA Administrator Atty. Marcus Antonius T. Andaya attended the opening with Quezon Governor Helen Tan, Provincial Veterinarian Dr. Flomella Caguicla and other guests.

Carrying the theme “Unified Vision, Stronger Collaboration: Boosting the Dairy Industry in South Luzon,” the fair features an Industry Solidarity Response and presentations on methods to improve milk production and dairy processing.

The provincial government said the gathering aims to expand opportunities for dairy farmers and strengthen their livelihoods while supporting the development of the dairy industry in Southern Luzon.
