The Regional Tri-Skills Enhancement Capability Program on Emergency Medical Services (EMS): Life Support and Patient Management was facilitated by the BFP Region 1 Health Service under the supervision of Regional Director FCSUPT Antonio N. Razal Jr., DSC.

The program aimed to improve firefighters’ knowledge, skills and competencies in providing timely and effective medical assistance during emergencies, particularly in patient assessment, life support interventions and appropriate patient management.

The training forms part of the regional office’s continuing efforts to improve emergency response readiness and ensure that BFP personnel can deliver efficient and reliable medical assistance to communities.

The BFP Region 1 urged the public to call 911 in times of emergency, emphasizing the importance of prompt access to emergency response services.
