BoC-Cebu exceeds Sept. revenue target

CEBU — The Bureau of Customs of the Port of Cebu (BoC-Cebu) surpassed its September 2026 revenue target, collecting P4.875 billion as against the target of P4.745 billion, or a surplus of P129.943 million or 2.74 percent.

The positive revenue performance reflects the collective efforts of Collection District VII, with notable contributions from the Subports of Mactan and Dumaguete.

Mactan recorded P606.859 million in collections as against its target of P191.674 million, or a surplus of 216.16 percent or P415.185 million.

Dumaguete collected P753.435 million as against the target of P720.522 million, or a surplus of P32.913 million or 4.5 percent.

Cebu District Collector Atty. Czae Carrie de Guzman acknowledged the collective efforts of customs personnel across the collection district, emphasizing the importance of sustained operational efficiency, strengthened compliance monitoring, and coordinated revenue collection efforts.
