Arrested was alias Mark, who was apprehended by personnel of the Warrant and Subpoena Section of the Muntinlupa City Police Station.
Alias Mark was arrested by virtue of warrants issued by the Presiding Judge of the Parañaqud City Regional Trial Court on 24 August for two counts of Statutory Rape, with no bail recommended, and Statutory Acts of Lasciviousness, with bail recommended at P180,000.
In compliance with Supreme Court Administrative Matter No. 21-06-08-SC, the warrant service was documented using a PNP body-worn camera and a cellular phone as an alternative recording device to promote transparency and accountability during the operation.
The accused is currently under police custody and will be temporarily detained at the custodial facility pending the return of the warrants to the court of origin.
