THE stern of Disney Believe.
Disney Cruise Line has revealed new details about the Disney Believe during D23, the newest addition to its growing fleet, introducing the ship’s stern, bow and Grand Hall, spaces designed around a central theme of “promise and possibilities.”
Set to debut in late 2027, the Disney Believe will become the fourth Wish-class vessel and the 9th ship in the Disney Cruise Line fleet.
Built at the Meyer Werft shipyard in Papenburg, Germany, the 144,000-gross-ton ship will welcome approximately 4,000 guests with 1,555 crew members onboard.
Inspired by the idea of dreamers and doers chasing their own happily ever after, the Disney Believe will bring Disney storytelling to life through immersive environments, entertainment experiences and themed spaces celebrating optimism, imagination and adventure.
The ship’s design will feature beloved Disney stories and characters from Encanto, Frozen, Moana, Snow White and the Seven Dwarfs and The Little Mermaid. These worlds will help shape the vessel’s interiors and guest experiences, creating spaces where families can step into the magic of Disney.
At the heart of the ship is the Grand Hall, envisioned as a gathering place that reflects the spirit of possibility and discovery. Along with the stern and bow designs, the newly revealed areas highlight Disney’s commitment to combining classic maritime elements with its signature storytelling.
Disney has not yet announced its exact maiden voyage date, home port, or inaugural itineraries.
