The Bureau of Customs (BoC) reported on Saturday generating almost P33.5 million from the negotiated sale of abandoned and forfeited goods and luxury vehicles.
The public auction conducted resulted in accepted offers for seven of the 13 sale lots.
The successful sale lots included a 2018 Lexus LX570 for P2 million, a 2012 Nissan Murano for P115,000, a Hyundai Grand Starex GL for P110,000, Premium and Regular Gasoline for P200,000, Flat Glass for P352,000, and 35 packages of Steel Wire for P352,000.
The highest offer was recorded for a 2024 Ferrari SF90 Stradale (Mansory), which received an offer of P30.1 million.
BoC Commissioner Ariel Nepomuceno said the successful disposal demonstrated the bureau’s commitment to transparent, decisive and efficient customs administration.

The sale remains subject to the approval of the Secretary of Finance under the Customs Modernization and Tariff Act.
Once approved, the proceeds totaling P33,499,000 will be remitted to the Bureau of the Treasury.
