The Metropolitan Manila Development Authority (MMDA) on Saturday said the Pasig River Ferry Service remained suspended for the fourth consecutive day due to continuing inclement weather, with operations halted since 5 August.
In an advisory, the MMDA said ferry trips would remain suspended Saturday, 8 August, as unfavorable weather conditions persisted.
“The MMDA Pasig River Ferry Service remains suspended today, Saturday, 8 August, due to the prevailing bad weather,” the advisory read.
The MMDA said it expects ferry operations to resume Monday, 10 August, subject to weather conditions.
